Killer feature 1: the AI builds your trip
Tripop's AI accepts four kinds of input: camera photo, album pick, PDF file, and typed text. The result depends on the input: typed text builds a new itinerary, while a PDF or photo is parsed into the reservations the document contains and filed as itinerary, vouchers, and checklist.
Here is how that looks in practice.
- Drop in the PDF voucher from your travel agency as-is and your flights, hotel check-ins, and tour schedule get sorted in one pass
- Screenshot your accommodation confirmation email and the check-in lands on your schedule
- A single line of text like "plan a 4-night 5-day Hawaii honeymoon" produces a day-by-day skeleton
For each day, the AI also fills in transport, food spots, weather, and local things to watch out for. Analysis takes about 1-3 minutes, and nothing is saved until you review the preview and tap "Create this trip," so if you don't like the result, just generate it again.
The AI keeps working after the trip is created. Gap analysis audits your itinerary and surfaces holes, missing transport, nights without lodging, visa requirements, as "issues found" cards. No more discovering "wait, how do I get from the airport to the hotel?" right before departure. And whenever a question comes up, ask the AI assistant; it answers based on your actual itinerary and budget.
Killer feature 2: saved itineraries and vouchers open offline
The moment you need a travel app most is, ironically, the moment you have no internet. The cabin after switching to airplane mode, the airport before you've swapped SIMs, the dead zones underground and indoors.
Tripop is designed offline-first. Sync once before departure and your itinerary, vouchers, and expense log keep working with no network at all. No digging through email for a booking confirmation at the hotel check-in counter or the boarding gate. Anything you log offline syncs automatically when the network comes back.

A summary list that skims the whole trip as day-by-day cards, a monthly calendar view, and a timeline that walks a single day in chronological order. It is the same itinerary, switchable between three views to match the moment. The home screen gathers your D-day countdown, today's schedule, packing progress, and remaining budget in one place.
Checklist: packing management with progress tracking

Expense tracker: multi-currency with AI receipt scanning
Enter spending in yen, baht, euros, or any local currency and it is converted automatically. Snap a photo of a receipt and the AI reads the amount, currency, and category and logs it for you, with per-category breakdowns and budget usage shown in real time during the trip.
