An arcade complex by Nakano Station on the Chuo line. Mandarake, running since 1987, handles vintage and PSA-graded cards on the second floor, with card specialist magipoke below and secondhand chain Suruga-ya nearby. Current cards in Akihabara, vintage in Nakano: that’s the formula.
